求助关于红外光谱FT-IR，审稿人什么意思，我该如何回答 已有1人参与

The reviewer considers that the FT-IR study was performed using the KBr pellet technique. It certainly means that the samples were examined in a transmission mode. Indeed, the FTIR spectra in Figure 3 are the transmission spectra. How it was possible to obtain those spectra from the films on metallic substrate which is opaque in an IR range? 各位大侠，不是很懂FT-IR，基本都是送过去别人做的，求助该如何回答？  |
