reject may resubmit ， 修回去还是原来的审稿人审吗

四个审稿人。 编辑的意思与正面意见的审稿人一致 Although the first two reviewers rejected this manuscript, the first one thinks that the goal of the paper is well-explained, which is similar to that of the last reviewer. I also agree the viewpoint of the fourth reviewer. 重新投回去，还是原来的审稿人审吗？ 还是会另找审稿人。 however, this will be treated as a new manuscript submission. Please also notify the editorial office by email that it is a resubmission when the new manuscript is submitted. |
