香港理工大学博士生位置

We are looking for PhD candidates in Department of Applied Physics at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The research topics will be (1) fabrication and characterization of 2D materials electron device (field-effect transistors or synaptic devices), (2) materials growth or electrochemical devices.
