关于NCBI上传序列中遇到的一些问题 已有3人参与

Are your submissions: - mRNA (cDNA) sequence(s), or - genomic DNA, but [a] intronless region of genomic sequence or noncontiguous genomic sequence(s) (introns removed) [2] Some or all of the protein coding sequences contain reading frame shifts (insertions/deletions based on BLAST similarity search results and/or an alignment), and/or have translations that show little or no similarity to other proteins in the database: Deletion at alignment position 75 Gap: 1 Non-gap: 6 BankIt2063341/R-YL1 Deletion at alignment position 984 Gap: 2 Non-gap: 2 BankIt2063341/R-BX3,BankIt2063341/R-DB2 Alignment attached. This generally indicates problems such as: - errors in the nucleotide sequence - sequences have not been trimmed of low quality - problems with feature annotation which may be due to: translation in the wrong reading frame or on the wrong strand translation does not have the correct exon spans translation includes noncoding sequence, such as introns or UTR's 以上是NCBI回复邮件中提到的问题。 是做真菌分子鉴定时测序得到的序列，几百bp，是一个基因的部分片段，问题主要是出在CDS功能注释这部分，本人对这个东西不太明白，没搞懂应怎样做出修改，请各位大神相助 |
