昨天向ACS IECR投稿，今天收到技术审核不过关的问题，让在manuscript 里补充title page，并用主页“draft”link上传修改稿 但是我在我的主页看不到上传修改稿的link（我一作，导师通信），编辑给的回复信如下 Thank you for submitting your manuscript to Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research. It has been examined in this Editorial Office and the following missing information and/or incomplete submission requirements were noted. We are returning your manuscript to you in order to give you the opportunity to address these issues. Your manuscript will now appear on your ACS Paragon Plus homepage as a “draft,” which will allow you to make the requested changes. Please use this link to submit your revised manuscript. ISSUES TO BE ADDRESSED: Incomplete Author Information: -All authors' names must be entered into the Paragon system for this manuscript as they appear on the title page of the manuscript.
