本人投《Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics》文章中借用了Elsevier里面一篇文章的图，现在JDP编辑要求填写“outstanding permission requests”，内容如下，请问各位大神附件中这个PDF怎么填啊？？十万火急在线等！！ 编辑回信如下： We notice that you have outstanding permission requests for your Paper that need to be resolved before we can consider publishing your article.
