受导师委托招一名博后,因为和CSC、中国企业有合作,只招中国人 工作地点:法国里尔 依托单位:里尔中央理工大学、法国国家科研中心里尔力学实验室等 专业方向:材料学、实验力学、固体力学相关专业,具体情况参见附件 本人几年前在该课题组完成博士学位,对当地、学校和实验室都有一定了解,如感兴趣可以和我联系或者也可以帮你推荐,联系方式:wlzx10@163.com This thesis project is in continuation of research activities carried out since a decade years in the perimeter of the CISIT collective and the 2007-2013 CPER project. This project is connected to the OS3 of MatPro project of the CPER ELSAT 2020 and to the “Fédération de Recherche Transport Terrestre et Mobilité” (FR CNRS 3733). It involves 2 regional laboratories affiliated with the CNRS, LML (FRE 3723) and LAMIH (UMR CNRS 8201), and MG-Valdunes of Ma Steel (Chinese Company), which produces railway organs (wheels and axles) in the region. This project also falls under the strategic axis 3 "Study of the microstructure gradients for axle and wheel sizing" of the common laboratory SWIT-lab (Science for Wheelset Innovative Technology -from process to mechanics) between these partners. This project will benefit from the methodologies developed to study the influence of gradients of loading, geometry and microstructure on behavior and damage in many national and international projects such as ANR INDiANA, FUI InnovAxles, Ademe CERVIFER, European Shift2Rail… The impact of the choices of steel grade and manufacturing processes on fatigue performance is a major issue for many applications, such as railway axles and wheels. Actually, the processes induce such microstructure or residual stresses gradients in areas critical as regards crack initiation. The control of fatigue life thus requires better control of the microstructure gradients. Considering these gradients requires understanding their origin and the parameters that influence them, characterizing them and having physically and microstructurally based models in which they can be integrated. |
