急求大神帮忙分析怎么回答审稿人的意见，意见如下： 1.Calibration curve was established in matrix, how many independent replicates for each level? Injected in duplicate? Was the matrix effect evaluated? How? Was the standard calibration significantly different from matrix calibration? Which statistical test was used to compare? Please indicate the slope and intercept standard deviation.
