请教一下，BMC Genomics投稿被拒后，说了一下修改后可以重新考虑录用的话，是客气话还是真的可以？
BMC Genomics投稿被拒前后2个月不到一点时间。
编辑原文如下：
Peer review of your manuscript is now complete and, based on the reports, I am sorry to say that we cannot consider the manuscript for publication at this time.
We think it may be possible to revise your manuscript to address these comments but that this would require longer than our standard revision period. However, we are willing to consider your manuscript further once all the concerns have been addressed. Therefore, if you are able to address all of these concerns, please do submit a new manuscript to BMC Genomics. If you are able to do this, a full covering letter, explaining the revisions made, should accompany the submission.

Your submission has now been reviewed by one expert in the field and myself. You will find the comments and suggestions attached below. The reviewer has found merits in your study but also stated several concerns and I concur with these comments. In particular, providing additional biological data related to the proteomic study is essential. Thus, I am not able to accept the current submission for publication. Nonetheless, I encourage you to consider the comments of the reviewer for improving your work and manuscript. I am sorry to have to convey this decision but have appreciated the opportunity of examining your work. We further hope that you will consider BMC Genomics in the future.
