Requirements: •        B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Applied Physics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry and other related engineering and scientific fields. •        An overall GPA not less than 80/100 for top 985 universities, 82.5/100 for 985 universities, 85/100 for 211 universities. (不包括政治和体育类课程) •        Fulfill the language requirement: a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based) or 213 (computer-based) or 79 (internet-based) is required; or an overall band score of 6.5 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), or College English Test Band 6 score no less than 490. Additional information: •        Monthly Stipend: 16200 HKD; •        The candidate is expected to work on research topics such as: bio-mimetic design, 3D-printing of novel structures, nanocomposites, biomaterials, biomechanics; •        Priority will be given to the students with hands-on experience in 3D printing of polymeric structure, experimental mechanics or finite element analysis (FEA). •        The City University of Hong Kong is rising rapidly in the recent decade, especially in the engineering regime.
