PhD position in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University

We are looking for PhD candidates in Department of Applied Physics at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Preference will be given to the candidate with experience in (1) electron device fabrication and characterization (field-effect transistors or synaptic devices), (2) materials growth or electrochemical devices.
