美国奥本大学ECE系无线网络和移动计算方向招生

Dr. Xiaowen Gong in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Auburn University is seeking self-motivated PhD students to work in the areas of wireless networking and mobile computing with focuses on mobile social networks, crowdsourcing, fog networking, and cybersecurity, starting in Fall 2018. Dr. Gong has published more than 30 papers in top journals and conferences, including ToN, JSAC, TSP, TWC, INFOCOM, MobiHoc. He received INFOCOM 2014 Runner-up Best Paper Award as a co-author. Auburn University is one of two public flagship universities of the state of Alabama, USA. The school is located in Auburn, AL, about 100 miles southwest from Atlanta, GA, the largest city in the southeast of US. The graduate program of the ECE department is ranked No. 58 among all the schools in US by the US News in 2017. The ECE department has a strong wireless research program developed by the Wireless Engineering Research and Education Center (WEREC), which is an interdisciplinary center funded by an endowment, and is the focal point of the university's wireless activities. |
