Dr. Xiaowen Gong in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Auburn University is seeking self-motivated PhD students to work in the areas of wireless networking and mobile computing with focuses on mobile social networks, crowdsourcing, fog networking, and cybersecurity, starting in Fall 2018. Dr. Gong has published more than 30 papers in top journals and conferences, including ToN, JSAC, TSP, TWC, INFOCOM, MobiHoc. He received INFOCOM 2014 Runner-up Best Paper Award as a co-author. Auburn University is one of two public flagship universities of the state of Alabama, USA.
