招聘博士后 肿瘤干细胞研究中心 新加坡杜克国立大学

The Cancer and Stem Cell biology laboratory, Duke-NUS Medical School (Singapore) is currently seeking applications from exceptional individuals interested in full-time postdoctoral research fellow position. The laboratory conducts basic and translational research on telomerase and telomere biology in human cancer cells and embryonic stem cells. Our research goal is to elucidate the epigenetic regulation that controls the differential expression of telomerase in cancer cells versus normal human stem cells, and to develop novel approaches for therapeutic intervention of human cancer and early onset of aging. Interested applicants should have a Ph.D. degree recently in biomedical science. Self-motivation, good oral and written communication skills, good computing skills and competence experience in molecular and cellular lab techniques are essential. Experience with genetic engineering of culture cells using CRISPR/Cas9 system in a plus.
