[交流] 上海交通大学密西根联合学院薄首行课题组招生

我们的研究团队正在积极招收博士研究生和博士后，在以下两方面开展前沿性工作：（1）材料和系统层面的固态储能材料研究；（2）运用衍射和谱学手段对材料的合成过程进行原位研究。我们的研究目的是揭示功能材料的化学、结构与性能之间的根本关联，并对各种合成条件下决定材料形成的化学和物理原理进行全面的了解。我们诚挚邀请具有自然科学和工程学科背景的候选人，包括化学，材料科学，机械工程和物理学。我们以实验为主理论计算为辅的方法来应对具有挑战性的科学和工程问题。我们将与世界各地的研究团队开展紧密合作（MIT, Cambridge， Harvard, UC Berkeley, UC San Diego, Stony Brook, Maryland，Advanced Photon Source, National Synchrotron Light Source, Spallation Neutron Source）。

我们来自上海交通大学密西根联合学院。密西根联合学院成立于2006年，是美国和中国两所顶尖大学之间开展战略伙伴合作的结果。该学院致力于发展成为与美国精英大学相当的具有国际影响力的研究机构。作为国际合作办学的成功典范，交大密西根学院一直走在高等教育国际化改革的前列。学院所有课程均采用英文授课，在传授学生专业知识的同时，也全方位培养和提升学生的创造力、团队合作、领导力和批判性思维等软实力。学院也通过与国外一流大学合作交流为学生提供充足的出国留学机会。
