[求助] JOURNAL OF URBAN PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT期刊返修意见大家帮忙看看已有2人参与

投了一个期刊，JOURNAL OF URBAN PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT，
请大家帮忙看看第一个审稿人的意见，2）data validation指的是什么意思？数据有效性？3）结论应简明扼要，意思是结论部分需要大修改重写吗？4) Latest references should be updated;最新的引用应该更新;是什么意思呢？引用不够新？我最新的引用有一些2014、15、16、17年的文章，不应该是引用不够新吧，还是说我引用的网页失效了？
第二个审稿人的意见列了10条，每一条按着要求改即可，就没放上来。

In view of the review comments, I would like to offer the opportunity for the authors to revise the manuscript and respond to all concerns raised by the reviewers.

Most importantly, the contributions of this study, especially to those in other communities, should be addressed convincingly in the revised version. An itemized response report shall also be submitted along with the revised version to expedite the re-review process.

Reviewer #1: In general, it is a good technical paper, but it still needs the following revisions:

1) the aims of this study is not clear in the last paragraph of introduction. Please address "the aims of this study are ..." in the last paragraph of Introduction;

2) data validation should be addressed in the results and discussion;
数据有效性应该在结果和讨论中得到解决
3) conclusion should be concise and summarized;
结论应简明扼要;
4) Latest references should be updated;
最新的引用应该更新;
5) Figures 1-4 and 8 need the scale bar or scale.
