Postdoctoral Position in Clinical Translational Cancer Research Work Locations: Guangzhou and London We seek a PhD Graduate for a 3-year full-time Postdoctoral Research position at the Affiliated Cancer Hospital & Institute, Guangzhou Medical University in Guangzhou, China. There is an opportunity to visit Dr Teh's laboratory at Queen Mary University of London for training. The post-holder will work on a clinical translational project aiming to develop a “Digital Cancer Test” based on gene expression biomarkers selected from transcriptomic data for clinical use. The post holder should be fluent in English (IELTS results at least 6.5) and able to write grant applications in Mandarin Chinese. We are seeking a highly self-motivated, enthusiastic scientist who are able to work alone as well as collaboratively, and have demonstrable evidence of effective communication of scientific ideas. The team leader will provide training to the post holder on clinical specimens handling, storage, archiving, nucleic acids extraction, RT-qPCR, multichannel pipettes liquid handling and 384-well format workflow. J. of Hum. Genet.》、《J. Cell Sci.》、《Int. J. Cancer Research》、《Molecular Cancer》、《Cancer》、《J Invest. Dermatology》、《Cell Death Dis.》等。重点研究方向在FOXM1基因的干细胞调节和致癌分子机制。其FOXM1研究获取“2010年度分子”奖。随后转化为世界第一用于FOXM1机构的肿瘤指数诊断系统《qMIDS》。2017年个人专家指数H-Index = 25，i10-Index = 37。现任英国高等教育学院院士委《Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy》。现任二十余有关头颈，口腔和分子研究专业杂志的编委，其中包括《PLoS ONE》、《Frontiers in Cancer Endocrinology》、《SRL Stem Cell & Research》、《SM Journal of Stem Cell Research》、《J.
