关于多糖结构解析，在发表于期刊中，审稿人提出质疑，怎么婉转的回复？ 已有2人参与

关于多糖的结构解析，甲基化和GC-MS结果，推测结构， 而投稿的期刊 （food chemistry），审稿人对自己推测的结果不是很赞同，并提出相关建议。 在回复审稿意见中：可否承认自己在推测过程中有一点错误或者不合理，并结合审稿人的意见重新进行推测？ 重新推测的结构，编辑还会给审稿人看嘛？（就一个审稿人对结构提出些许质疑。） 在response的回复中，大家遇到这样的问题，怎么委婉的回复，有没有相关的语句借用。（承认自己些许不合理，同意审稿人意见，重新推测结构。） 万分感谢！ |

After reading more references and reexamining my results, I think what you said is useful for our structure analysis. Because of high molecular weight and complicated links, the structure characterization of polysaccharides are complex. We think your suggestion are reasonable and giving us more ideas for our samples. So we reevaluated structure of this polysacchairdes. A little change is necessary.
