关于液相色谱的CVS（calibration verification standard）

最近看到这样一个概念：CVS（calibration verification standard） 文献中是这样描述的prepare an independent calibration verification standard（CVS）for each set of calibration standards.Use reagents from a source or lot other than that used in preparing the calibration standards.Prepare the CVS at a concentration that falls in the middle of the validated range of the calibration curve.The CVS should be analyzed on the HPLC after each calibration set and at regular intervals throughout the sequence,bracketing groups of samples.The CVS is used to verify the quality and stability of calibration curve throughout the run. 文中的意思是不是就是：用不同厂家的标样，选择一个浓度，然后用液相色谱 来测定峰面积，看之前做的标准曲线是否准确呢？ 麻烦了解相关知识的指教一下，谢谢！ |
