共同居住环境下多个少数民族高血压患者病情分析 员战民 【摘要】目的 了解中国多个少数民族高血压患者在共同生活背景下的患病情况及知晓、治疗和控制情况 方法 对2004—2006—2008年中央民族大学1084名少数民族教职工体检高血压患病率、知晓率及控制情况进行统计学分析 结果 1084名少数民族教职工高血压患病率为30.81%，患病率随年龄增长而增高（p<0.05），不同年龄高血压患病率、治疗率差异有统计学意义（p<0.05），高血压发病男性高于女性，差异有统计学意义，高血压患者糖尿病、冠心病、血脂异常发病率较高，少数民族教职工高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率高于国内平均水平 结论 多个少数民族在共同居住环境下高血压患病率较高，高血压知晓、治疗、控制情况有待进一步提高。 【关键词】 高血压 共同居住环境 多民族 发病治疗控制 [ Last edited by mountmount on 2009-2-18 at 22:06 ] |

The analysis of hypertension of minority lived in similar inhabited environment Yun Zhan-min Abstract Objective To understand the state of illness, knowledge, treatment and control condition of hypertension of minority lived in similar inhabited environment. Methods The case rate, know rate and cure condition of minority patients (1084) medical examined in year 2004, 2006, 2008 were analyzed. Results The attack rate of minority patients (1084 case) was 30.81%. The attack rate increased with age (P<0.05), so did the cure rate. The attack rate in man was higher than that of women (P<0.05). In all hypertension sufferer, the attack rates of diabetes, coronary artery disease and blood fat abnormal increased. It is found that the case rate, know rate and cure rate were high than that of patients from all over the country. Conclusion The case rate, know rate and cure condition are all should be enhanced. |
