9,9’-螺双芴的分子结构非常有特点，两个具有平面结构的芳香环，通过唯一的碳原子连接构成相互垂直、结构稳定交叉平面。在9,9’-螺双芴的2,2’-位引入取代基得到的化合物具有面不对称结构，可以拆分得到两个具有旋光性的对映异构体。本论文将羟基引入2,2’-位，得到2,2’-二氨基-9,9’-螺双芴，并合成了拆分配体，通过络合拆分出左旋和右旋的对映体。 （1）利用格式反应，溴代联苯先与镁反应，再与芴酮反应，所得化合物经过用氯化铵水解，再以盐酸做催化剂，冰乙酸做溶剂脱水、环化，得到9,9’-螺双芴。 （2）9,9’-螺双芴经过乙酰化，用间氯过氧苯甲酸氧化，再用氢氧化钠水解，得到2,2’-二羟基-9,9’-螺双芴，另通过硝化，在用水合肼还原，得到2,2’-二氨基-9,9’-螺双芴，并用IR、1H-NMR表征各化合物。 （3）L-酒石酸和乙醇酯化得到酒石酸二乙酯，将保护羧基保护起来，然后用碘甲烷在2,3-位上两个甲基，得到2,3-二甲氧基-酒石酸二乙酯，再用氢氧化钠将其水解，得到2,3-二甲氧基-酒石酸，用五氯化磷将羧基酰化，得到2,3-二甲氧基- 1,4-丁二酰氯，经过与二环己胺反应，得到拆分配体2,3-二甲氧基 –N,N,N’,N’-四环己丁二酰胺。 （4）以乙醇位溶剂，2,2’-二羟基-9,9’-螺双芴与2,3-二甲氧基 –N,N,N’,N’-四环己丁二酰胺络合，拆分出左旋体和右旋体。 （5）用合成配体的中间产物2,3-二甲氧基- 1,4-丁二酰氯，分别与对苯二胺、间苯二胺、3,4’-二氨基二苯醚缩聚，得到三个高分子，并测定了其粘度，用1H-NMR进行表征。 本还应测其比旋光度和圆二色谱，但因仪器故障未能检测。 [ Last edited by hyg2503 on 2009-2-19 at 19:23 ] |

| the molecular structure of 9,9 '-spiral Spirobifluorene has a very characteristic , which has two planar aromatic structure 。they were connected through the only carbon atom and form the mutually perpendicular and structural stability of the cross-plane. |

| useing the grignard reaction,bromobiphenyl reacts with magnesium firstly ,and then reacts with 芴酮,hydrolysis the obtained compoud with ammonium chloride,use Hydrochloric acid as catalyst and acetic acid as solvent ,dehydrate and cyclizate to get the 9,9 '- spiral Spirobifluorene . |

| 9,9 '- spiral Spirobifluorene acetylated is oxidated by m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid and hydrolyzed by sodium hydroxide ,obtaining 2,2 '- dihydroxy -9,9' - spiral Spirobifluorene .Through nitrification,Reduced by hydrazine hydrate, we may get the 2,2 '- diamino -9,9' - spiral Spirobifluorene which are characterizated by IR, 1H-NMR ! |

| L-tartaric acid reacts with ethanol diethyl and obtains diethyl tartrate, and carboxyl will be protected ,introduce a methyl to the 2,3 - position with iodomethane ,get 2,3 - dimethoxy - diethyl tartrate ,hydrolyze by sodium hydroxide ,2,3 - dimethoxy - tartaric acid ,acylate carboxyl by phosphorus pentachloride and obtain 2,3 - dimethoxy - 1,4 - Succinimide chloride.And reacting with Dicyclohexylamine ,we get the separation ligand of 2,3 - dimethoxy-N, N, N ', N'-四环己丁二酰胺 |
