目的:研究地黄对大鼠糖皮质激素代谢的影响。方法:以不同浓度的鲜地,生地和熟地黄的乙醇提取液为处理因素,用含有皮质酮的培养液进行体外培养,以高效液相色谱法测定培养液中皮质酮的含量。结果:体外实验条件下,肝细胞对皮质酮具有代谢作用,鲜地,生地以及熟地处理组与对照组间均无显著性差异。结论:离体肝脏对糖皮质激素的代谢作用不受地黄的影响。

Purpose:
Investigating the effect of rehmanniae on glucocorticoid metabolism in rats
Methods:
The specimens are ethanol extract from flesh rehmanniae, 生地和熟地黄 with different concentrations.
Nutrient fluids containing corticosterone are raised in vitro, and liquid chromatography (LC) are employed to detect the corresponding content of corticosterone.
Results:
In the experimental condition of in vitro, liver cells exhibited metabolizable action for corticosterone. The treated groups of flesh rehmanniae, 生地和熟地黄 could not be distinguished from the standard groups.
Conlusions:
The metabolizable action of corticosterone caused by in vitro liver cells was not influenced by the existence of rehmanniae.
