用A将B在紫外光照的条件下固定在电极表面,形成A/B电极。本实验研究了此电极上B的直接电子转移,实验结果表明,在没有媒介体的条件下,B在此电极表面能进行有效和稳定的直接电子转移反应。在60 mV/s时,B直接电子转移反应的氧化还原峰分别为Epa=-0.212V,Epc=-0.440V,式量电位为E0=-0.326V,在50~800 mV / s范围内还原峰和氧化峰电流与υ1 /2呈良好的线性关系,说明电极反应过程是由扩散控制的。连续扫描100次,峰电流几乎不变。在4℃中保存30天后,其伏安响应仍能保持保存前的约91%以上。同时由于聚氨酯丙烯酸酯在玻碳电极上很强的粘附力,因此该电极的使用寿命很长。该电极对H2O2具有电催化作用,其催化电流随H2O2浓度的增加而变大。

Fixing B using A under the UV condition will produce A/B electrode.       
The direct electron transportation of B in this electrode was investigated in this paper. The experimental results demonstrated that the effective and stable electron transportation of B could present on the surface of this electrode without any medias.
At 60 mV/s, redox peaks of electron transportation of B are Epa=-0.212V and Epc=-0.440V with the volume of potential of E0=-0.326V.
At 50~800 mV/s, reduction peaks current and oxidation peaks current displayed well linear correlation with υ1 /2, respectively, which indicated the electrode reaction process was determined by a diffusion process.
After continuous scanning 100 times, the peak current kept almost constant.
At least 91% value of voltammetric response was remained after 30 days at the temperature of 4℃
The operation life of this electrode was very long due to the strong adhesion of PUA on glassy carbon electrodes.
This electrode exhibited electrocatalysis behavior for H2O2, and the catalytic current increased with the concentration of H2O2
