[交流] 急求polymer composites 投稿问题

如题，昨天刚投就被提醒如下

Dear Mrs. xx,

I write you in regards to Manuscript ID PC-17-1634 entitled "Mechanical and Degradation Properties xxxComposite" which you submitted to Polymer Composites.

Unfortunately, we cannot forward your submission for review since it was not submitted correctly.  Specifically, the manuscript text should be saved in a separate file from the tables and figures.  Also, EACH figure and table should be stored as INDIVIDUAL FILES and uploaded SEPARATELY. This enables the referees to review your figures in detail along with the text in HTML format. The general guidelines are listed below.

Please resubmit your manuscript in the proper format, and I will send it for review accordingly.

First, create a “user” account for yourself and any other co-authors.  Note that this only has to be done once and with any additional submissions this step isn’t necessary.  After you create the account, select “Authoring Center” and follow the instructions to uploading your manuscript along with tables and figures.

Please note that there are a couple of key aspects to a successful submission:

1) Carefully follow all of the submission guidelines.
2) Separate the text in the manuscript from all tables and figures and put each in separate electronic files for uploading.
3)    The main manuscript text should be formatted DOC or RTF format (Microsoft Word document).
4)    Each Table should be either DOC, RTF, or TIFF formats.
5) Each Figure should be a high quality digital image and stored as TIFF images.  The following are suggested minimum resolutions.
a) 600 dpi (dots per inch) for black and white line art (simple bar graphs, charts, etc.).
b) 300 dpi for halftones (black and white photographs)
c) 600 dpi for combination halftones (photographs that also contain line art such as labeling or thin lines)
6) Vector-based figures (e.g. figures created in Adobe Illustrator) should be submitted in EPS format.
7) Color Figures will be published electronically at no charge but will cost the author $600 for for each colored image in the printed publication.
8) UNACCEPTABLE FIGURE FORMATS: Do not submit figures in any of the 2following formats: JPG, GIF, PSD, CRD, PCT, PPT, PDF, XLS, DOC, BMP, 123 (or other Lotus formats).

当时投了三个文件：1.manuscript；2.figure  caption【7个图】
；3.tables【2个表】
