HPLC-OAAS分离检测三价砷和五价砷的问题

查了一篇文献Chemosphere 65 (2006) 125–131，介绍了HPLC-OAAS测定三价砷和五价砷的方法，内容如下。 For arsenite and arsenate determination, a SHIMADZU High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC)-Organic Acid Analysis System (OAAS) was used. The separation of As (III) and As (V) was performed by HPLC with a Shimpack SPR-H (250 mm · 7.8 mm i.d.) analytical column and a Shim-pack SPR-H (G) (50 mm · 7.8 mm i.d.) guard column. Arsenic species were detected on line with OAAS. The mobile phase was a 2mM p-toluenesulfonic acid solution while the reaction phase was a mixture of 0.1 mM EDTA (4 H) and 8 mM N, N-Diethylethanolamine solution. The flow rate was 0.8ml/ min, and the injection volume of sample was 200 lm. Organic Acid Analysis System (OAAS)是有机酸分析系统，是指流动相体系，不要钱的。 Shimpack SPR-H (250 mm · 7.8 mm i.d.) 是色谱柱，查了下没查到 Shim-pack SPR-H (G) (50 mm · 7.8 mm i.d.)保护柱可以不用 2mM p-toluenesulfonic acid solution while the reaction phase was a mixture of 0.1 mM EDTA (4 H) and 8 mM N, N-Diethylethanolamine solution是流动相 2mM对甲苯磺酸溶液（0.1 mM EDTA and 8 mM N,N二乙氨基乙醇） 这应该是离子对色谱，我对离子对色谱不太熟悉，你再自己看下书吧。 |
