[求助] 德国phd留学签证求助

我是DIY出去，不是公派...但是签证应该跟公派是比较相似的，所以也来求助下，如果版主不同意的话麻烦告知一下，我会把贴删了...

本人18年3月到FAU读phd，德方资助。外导目前给了一份邀请信以及一份支持签证的说明。问题来了，外导认为德国大使馆会预审下他的这两份材料的（见后文的“外导email内容”）然后确认有无错漏，但是我问了广州的德国大使馆，流程规定不提供预审，直接要求我按照博士留学的签证来准备材料。
最早我是希望可以访学签的，似乎群里也蛮多人是访学签，这样递签材料少，出签快。但现在只能老老实实按照留学签，看了留学签证须知，一些疑问想请教问下过来人，希望能抽空解答下哦。

请问：

1. “1. 1 份已生成 pdf 文件的 Videx 表格中的最后页（第 7 页）的打印件，请登陆：https://videx.diplo.de/, 详情请 https://www.aps.org.cn/verfahren ... sum-fur-deutschland”与“D．例外：博士生无需提供留德人员审核部的证明，可直接在签证处递交签证申请。”：是否还需要在到链接的网页填写VIDEX内容然后打印？

2. “2. 3 张相同的白色背景的近期护照照片“：是指按照护照的格式，还是跟我护照上一模一样的照片？拍护照时给的多余照片很早就用完了...

3. “4. a) 德国高校录取通知书以及录取通知书上所要求的语言水平证明，必要时附上德文翻译”：目前是邀请信，还需要拿到正式的录取通知书是吗？另外该学校的phd没有语言要求，这里的语言证明可否只用教授开具的语言声明，还是不需要提交给签证申请？

4. “5. 下列任一种居留期间的经济来源证明：d) 获奖学金证明”：是否只需要教授独立开具的奖学金声明，还是录取通知书里有说明？

5. “9. 医疗保险证明：自入境德国起至少 90 天有效”：奖学金/工资里是提供的，需要再独立提交一份保险证明，还是录取通知书里有说明？

6. “官网：原则上必须对所有中国的证明文书及官方证明进行认证，户口本内容页、大学或中小学毕业证书例外。”：可以不需公正直接提交原版的学位证与学历证书？德文翻译应该不需要公正，居然某宝就可以直接付钱翻译？

过来人帮帮忙，金币多多可以追加的。

I am pleased to offer you a Ph.D. position in my group at XX of the Friedrich-Alexander-University of Erlangen-Nuremberg starting from March 1, 2018. The initial contract will be issued for 3 months. Your payment will be on the E13/2 scale according to TV-L (Tarifvertrag für den öffentlichen Dienst der Länder: http://oeffentlicher-dienst.info/tv-l/west/). Upon mutual agreement, after this test period you will get a further contract for the following 33 months. There will be an option to prolong the contract for one additional year. The overall duration of your PhD work should not exceed four years.

From your salary you will pay taxes, health insurance, pension insurance and other typical insurances. These are compulsory payments. Health insurance will cover all basic needs. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

Hiermit möchte ich Sie darüber informieren, dass ich den VISA-Antrag von Herrn XXX stark unterstütze.

Ich werde Herrn XXX (aus xxx, Paß-Nr: XXX) als Doktorand (TV-Tarif, E13/2- Stelle) in meinem Arbeitskreis an der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität ErlangenNürnberg, Erlangen, Deutschland ab dem 01.03.2018 vorerst für 3 Monate einstellen. Die Verlängerung für die weiteren 33 Monate ist beabsichtigt. Falls es benötigt wird um die Doktorarbeit erfolgreich zu absolvieren, eine weitere (optionale) Verlängerung um 12 Monate wird angeboten. Die maximale Eistellungszeit von Herrn XXX beträgt 48 Monate.

Ich bestätige, dass die Finanzierung dieser SFtelle für 4 Jahre (ab dem 01.03.2017) gesichert ist.

外导的email内容：

Dear Mr. XXX,

I am sending you drafts of a letter of invitation and a letter of support of your visa application. Please, add missing information - your place of birth (city, region, country) and your passport number. Also, please, send these drafts to the German embassy in China and request from them the confirmation that these documents are sufficient. If they tell you that something else is required, please, let me know.
