Experimental melting temperature is 1200 ℃, while Fe and Zn need a temperature above 1400 ℃, and Si needs a temperature above 1800 ℃ to be reduced. Therefore the oxides which are not reduced under this condition , are turned into slag. The affinity between Cu, Bi and oxygen are very weak, so most of these will (not??) be partitioned into the crude lead. While the affinity between As, Sb, Sn and oxygen are greater than that of lead and oxygen , however, they have good solubility in molten lead, and are easily partitioned into the crude lead. Since these metals only present in low levels, and the purity of lead in recycled metal is approximately 97.2%, which meets the needs for general industrial purpose. 意思表达得不清楚 |
