本人的文章内容为抗氧化剂与人血红蛋白的相互作用，下面是审稿专家给出的两个意见，由于我是学化学的，对于这两个意见不知道如何回答，希望得到大家的帮助，能帮忙做这两个实验的请和我联系。费用私聊。十分感谢！

1. This study claims to be a full basic data for clarifying the binding mechanism which is critical in order to understand relevant health risks of antioxidants, but a complete study needs to contain protein function examination. I think there is a lack of hemoglobin function study in this research like oximetry.
2. When you choose hemoglobin as the interaction case in a ligand-protein study, it is necessary to examine the penetration of the ligand into the RBCs.
