[求助] 如何在 Materials Science 期刊上投稿啊请求高手帮助已有1人参与

在 Materials Science 投稿，文章发给对方邮箱，立马就被系统自动退回了，“您发送到 pcmm@ipm.lviv.ua 的邮件被收件人服务器拒收了，对方服务器返回的原因如下：
SMTP error, RCPT TO: 554 5.7.1 DSL or DialUp sender [58.218.185.21] [58.218.185.21] (4), please use Provider SMTP.”谁知道如何处理。以下是该期刊主页的介绍的投稿方式，只让邮箱投稿，不是Springer.
