新时期高校竞技体育人才培养面临的主要问题及对策
摘要：运用调查和访谈法等对当前我国高校培养竞技体育人才所面临的主要问题进行了调查分析，对当前符合我国高校竞技体育人才的培养模式进行剖析和解读，提出了明确的竞技体育人才培养定位、建设专业化的高校教练员队伍、实行教体融合的培养模式、建立科学完善的高校竞赛体系等对策，指出新时期高校应努力探索出符合我国基本国情的高校竞技体育人才培养体系，为实现中华民族的体育强国梦想贡献力量。

The main problems and their solutions in college cultivation of sport talents in the new era
Abstract: After discussing the present main problems in college cultivation of sport talents and analysing the college cultivation model suitable for chinese sport talents, this article proposes solutions of setting distinct targets for cultivation of sport talents, building teams of college professional coaches, practising the cultivation model of combing teaching and physical training, and constructing a scientific , perfect system of college games. (The article also points out that colleges should seek out the cultivation system of sport talents suitable for the fundamental realities of china so as to contribute to the realization of chinese dream of sport power.)
