Job Description Hosted by China Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (CNIBR) in Shanghai, one of the top R&D centers of Novartis globally, the CNIBR Research and Development (R&D) Trainee Program recruits young talent with a Bachelor or Master’s degree and offers scientific and professional training with Novartis leading scientists as mentors in the state-of-the-art Novartis Shanghai Campus. During the two-year program, trainees will receive fundamental training that equips them with essential skills and knowledge in real-world drug discovery and perform scientific assignments with their mentors in the open and diverse lab settings. Minimum requirements The ideal candidates are: • Fresh Bachelor or Master graduates within 1 year post graduation • Major in Biology, Medicine or related field with average GPA above 3.0 (4.0 scale) in major courses • Working experience in research laboratory and hands-on experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, histology or in vitro / in vivo pharmacology are highly desired • Passionate in developing career in biopharmaceutical industry • Strong learning capability and willing to concentrate on lab research • Good team player and sound communication skill in English 欢迎有意者投递至han.xiaoyu@fescoadecco.com |
