【2009-03-01】The 3rd International Conference on Fuzzy Information

The 3rd International Conference on Fuzzy Information & Engineering (ICFIE2009) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The 3rd International Conference on Fuzzy Information and Engineering (ICFIE’09) will be held in Chongqing , a beautiful mountain city in China in Sept. 2009. Built on the success of previous conferences, the ICFIE’09 is a major symposium for scientists, engineers and practitioners in China as well as the world to present their latest researches, results, ideas, developments and applications in all areas of fuzzy information and knowledge engineering, including operation researches, optimizations under environments, fuzzy sets and systems, statistics, data mining, artificial intelligence, machine learning, high performance computing and visualization. It aims to strengthen relations between industry research laboratories, and universities and to create a primary symposium for Chinese scientists and their overseas counterparts to exchange ideas, research results and practical experiences. Applied in bioinformatics Paper Submission The paper could be written in English. Please include a cover page containing the title, authors (names, postal and email addresses), a 200-word abstract and up to 5 keywords. Authors are invited to submit their papers electronically (as PostScript or PDF attachments) following the instructions on the conference web page (or email to icfie2009@163.com). All papers will be reviewed by three referees in the program committee. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings, which is going to be published by Springer-Verlag or special issues of international journals （All accepted papers will be indexed in the EI/ISTP).
