[求助] 投稿期刊，论文摘要因投过一个会议而被编辑拒掉。如何是好？已有2人参与

下面是编辑的拒信。事实情况是我确实向年初的一个国际会议投了摘要和全文，但最后因为签证问题没去成，个人认为会议论文不应该算是被发表过。不知CrossCheck功能竟如此强大。像我这种情况该怎么办呢？在coverletter 中说明情况然后重新投稿？求经验人士帮助~

In reviewing your manuscript, I discovered that there are sections which seem to be unoriginal, having appeared in the following previously published work:

Your Abstract appearing in "XXX" Conference organized by the ANS's Aerospace Nuclear Science and Technology Division.
