生物利用度是评价制剂质量和确定给药途径的重要参数之一。生物利用度的预测有很多种方法，例如放射性标记法，盒室给药法等。盒式给药法是将多种药物同时给予每只动物，按常规取样时间，运用HPLC/MS联用技术进行样品处理分析，是一种高通量药物筛选的方法。目前盒式给药法的应用并不广泛，因此具有广阔的研究空间。本文就盒式给药法预测人口服生物利用度的现状和进展作一简要概述。 [ Last edited by 静6873 on 2009-2-12 at 22:28 ] |
