中国科学技术大学微纳工程实验室 微纳工程实验室其前身——SPM与纳米技术实验室建立于1993年，现有教授三人，副教授两人，兼职教授3人。博士生13人，硕士生13人。共发表论文90多篇，申请专利5项。在国际上，与西班牙马德里自治大学凝聚材料系,日本东京大学、大阪大学,美国 普度大学、亚利桑那大学建立合作研究关系。 目前主要研究方向有: 纳米计量技术，新型显微技术与仪器，双光子激光三维微细加工与高密度信息存储技术，语音识控技术…… |
