请教大神，最近看到了一篇关于tRNA二级结构的文章（https://academic.oup.com/nar/art ... overleaf-structures）
里面分析了几种不同结构的tRNA在翻译过程中的作用，但是在一处出现了这样的一种情况，作者发现了转入的tRNA发生了明显的酰胺化现象，但是却没有将氨基酸插入到翻译的序列中，作者描述为“ Interestingly, the two G-1 tRNA1 species did not insert His in response to the ACC Thr codon at position 2 in a sfGFP variant gene in E. coli. Thus, G-1 tRNA1 species may be charged, but not used for translation. ” 所以想请教一下，是否真的改变tRNA的结构可以实现tRNA 酰胺化却不能或较难进行翻译的例子或文献？
