corrosion science期刊论文修改意见求助 已有2人参与

这篇文章初审意见还行，一个专家建议直接录用，另一个专家提出一些意见，让修改。改好后我提交回去，编辑一直纠结一些格式问题，来来回回三次了，这次编辑努力貌似要拒稿，请有经验的同学帮忙看看，现在是个啥情况.... I regret to inform you that this paper is STILL not up to standard, after 5 total submissions (original + 4 revisions). We must therefore take the decision to reject it. Please refer to the editor's comments listed below. In every report, you have been asked to CHECK your paper, but there are continuing errors. In particular, I would point out comment no. 1 below, which shows a huge error in your paper. Errors like this should NOT appear after so many resubmissions. If you wish to CHECK your entire paper, as requested so many times, and ensure that there are no errors at all, then you can resubmit it, and it will be considered again. It would now need to be as a new submission. If you do this, you will need to provide a covering letter stating what has been done in response to EACH of the comments below, as well as any other changes made. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to consider your work. I am sorry we cannot continue with this in its present sate. Yours sincerely, G.T.
