Clopidogrel was non-fetotoxic in a comprehensive test battery in the rat,and also in a rabbit fetal organogenesis study: in rats given up to maternotoxic dosages(52x clinical mg/m2 dose) clopidogrel had no remarkable effect on a.)fertility and reproductive function of treated dams and their offspring, b.) in utero morphology of the F1 and F2 generations, or c.)post-natal development of the F2 generation. It was neither embryotoxic in higher dose. Rat or rabbit teratology studies at up to maternotoxic dosages of 500 and 300mg/kg,respectively(65 and 78 x clinical mg/m2 dosages), nor deleterious to peri- and post-natal development of pups delivered of rats that received up to 400mg/kg in the 3rd trimester through weaning interval. 大鼠的综合测试组合和家兔胎儿器官形成研究，证实氯吡格雷没有胚胎毒性：大鼠剂量达到母体无毒性反应剂量（以mg/m2计，约为临床剂量的52倍）时氯吡格雷对以下情况没有显著的影响：a.）染毒组大鼠及其后代的生育和生殖功能 b.)在子宫内的F1和F2胎仔或c.)F2胎仔的产后发育。在高剂量的情况时氯吡格雷也没有胎毒性。大鼠或家兔致畸研究剂量达到母体动物的最大无毒性反应剂量分别为500和300mg/kg（以mg/m2计，分别约为临床剂量的65倍和78倍），幼鼠离乳后第3个季度接受剂量达400mg/kg的大鼠的幼崽在围产期和产后也无毒性。 |
