Thank you for the submission of your revised manuscript. I note that a co-author has been added to the manuscript since the initial submission. In such instances, in line with our ethical guidelines (https://www.rsc.org/journals-boo ... r-responsibilities), we require a justification for their inclusion as a co-author, as well as an email of consent from all the authors (including the co-author that has been added to the manuscript) confirming that they are happy with the change to the author list. Ideally this will be in the form of an email from each co-author. The emails should preferably be from the university or institution address of the relevant authors. This process is simply so we can be sure that the co-author to be added to the manuscript has contributed sufficiently to the manuscript and that all authors agree to this change. Please could you collect these emails and forward them to me at your earliest convenience? When I receive this information from all parties I will continue with the processing of your manuscript.

I am sincerely grateful to you for your advice about our revised manuscript (ID CC-COM-07-2017-XXXXX.R2). Here we give a statement to specify the contribution of each other in the revised manuscript as follows:

XXX, as corresponding author, proposes the ideas and designs the experiment.

XXX, as a postgraduate, performs the experiment.

XXX gives a contribution in response to the Referee’s question in revised manuscript. So, the author was added to the revised manuscript.

XXX, as corresponding author, gives a contribution in the experiment design and performance.

All authors have agreed to the signature and the change to the author list.
I greatly appreciate both your help and that of the reviewers concerning improvement to this paper. I hope that the revised manuscript is now suitable for publication.
