求高人指点：本人投Wiley的ChemSusChem被没外审就被拒稿，修稿后改投Wiley的欧洲化学，在投稿中Additional Information窗口中的Has there been a previous version?应该选Yes还是NO。如果选Yes，那问题：Please state previous 1) Manuscript ID and 2) journal. 3) If the paper was reviewed, please include a point-by-point response to the reviewer comments.我应该怎么写？
