[求助] measurement杂志投稿问题 已有2人参与

想在measurement杂志上投稿，由于是第一次投英文文章，在投稿时遇到以下提示，不太明白，望各位虫友帮忙解决。
“Referees：
Please list the names and contact details of between 2 and 5 potential reviewers who are experts in
the topic that your paper covers. These details should be included on EES in the 'author comments'
submission screen when the paper is uploaded.”
个人感觉是让推荐2-5名审稿人，但是“These details should be included on EES in the 'author comments'
submission screen”有点费解，不知道什么意思？
PS：推荐国内的审稿人可以吗？

这个平台投过，我上次是在自己参考文献里找五个不同国家的审稿人。就算找了他们也不一定会用，但是就是让你找。

可能要求在EES投稿系统'author comments'对话框中提交2到5个候选审稿人的信息，可以推荐国内的，至多一个。

You can recommend domestic reviewers (if by that you mean Chinese), but should not from the same University you are working. It looks that in this journal, you have to put the contact information of the reviewers in one screen. But then, in another screen, you need to explain the reason why you are suggesting them. For example Prof. xxxxx because he has expertise in so and so...
Prof yhxks  because she has published in so and so.

It's my opinion. Make sure to ask the editor office if you still not clear what to do.
