5.2日投稿，5月20日让修改英语，完善之后，5月29日提交，大约20天后under review，一直没有回信。
就催问了下。

怎么礼貌的撤稿改投其他期刊？因为担心再提供评阅人，估计也是旷日日久。

因为需要急需这篇文章。
