问题1：You studied specific isoforms of CYP. Are you sure that these CYP isoforms are specifics to these biological activities? 问题2：- On the page 5, you precised that you added acetonitrile to stop the reaction. Why did you not use an acid to stop the reaction? 问题3：-Why UGT substrates were pre-incubated before inhibition with psoralidin 问题4：-Similarly, was there any pre-incubation of substrates or inhibitors for UGTs and CYPs?
