【求助】溶剂中优化结构出错

在溶剂中优化构型关键词SCRF(SCIPCM)，在做单体的时候能算成功，但当在做中间体和过渡态时出现如下错误信息 "It is probable that some of the solute is outside the cavity and/or parts of the cavity surface cannot be reached from the origin. Try more integration points or a different set of integration origins. Surface Problems in SciFoc Error termination via Lnk1e in /home/packages/g03e/g03/l502.exe at Tue Feb 3 23:36:13 2009". 也试着读气相中的分子轨道，以及加上关键词scf=novaracc，都无效。求助各位大侠啊！ [ Last edited by cadick on 2009-12-11 at 02:16 ] |
