第一，老外基本不看分区，因此与一区二区没有必然关系，第二，编辑觉得你的文章内容与你投的期刊不太相符，所以建议你转投更合适的。所以转投吧，不要局限于两个期刊的你所谓的“好”与“不好”，投的时候在Cover letter里把这个期刊的decision letter（如果有的话）贴上，如果是数据库内转投的话你就直接转过去就可以了。祝好运 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
