Major instruments belong to the PI：
       JEM2100 Transmission Electron microscope with EDX, STEM and Cryo functions
      Shimadzu GC-MS
       One ASAP 2020 Micropore Analyzer
       One Auto ChemII Adsorption Analyzer with Vapor generator and access for connecting to a Shimadzu GC-MS
       One Shimadzu UV-Vis 2450 spectrophotometer.
       One Bio-Rad Fastflow (preparative) chromatography
       Ultrasonic (20-25 KHz, 400Watts) Autoclave Reactor (150 ml, up to 350°C) System
       Bio-Logic SP-150 Research Grade Potentiostat/Galvanostat/EIS analyzer
       One glove box (<1 ppm oxygen and < 1 ppm water )
       One crossflow membrane filtration system (up to 300 psi) .
       One freeze dryer

Graduate Research Assistant (RA) start from 2018 Spring (preferred) or Fall:
First Year: 33% RA (around $15000/year + fully covered tuition fee), after first article accepted (generally in 1st year): 45% RA

Requirements:
Related experience in Electrochemical area, including energy storage, biosensor, electrochemical detector, electrochemical water processing, carbon materials synthesis and preparation

Majors: Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering，Electrochemistry

GPA>3.0, TOEFL>78 or IESL>5.5, GRE is not required
