JAP投稿，申了50多天被拒，求达人看看还有希望吗？

两个审稿人： 一个全是No，最后来了这么一句”This paper might be acceptable if it is put in the proper historical context, but I regret that I cannot accept it in its present form. “ 一个两个No,其中有这么一句”Overall, I can only recommend the rejection and resubmission of this manuscript“ AE的决定书如下： Dear Prof. XXX: Your manuscript, referenced below, has been reviewed for publication in the Journal of Applied Physics. "XXXXXXXXXX“ Included below are the reviewer comments. In view of the recommendations, we feel that we cannot accept your paper for publication. If you are able rewrite the manuscript and convincingly address all of the editorial and review comments listed below we would be happy to consider a re-submission.
