I have a two phase solution which includes solids in a transparent phase and dark liquid phase. This combination is supposed to have nano capsules in it and I don't know which phase has it. I wanna reach to the solid particles. My question is, What process do you suggest for separating these two phases? I heard about freeze-drying, Rotary evaporator, and the other ways but I don't know which way is the best. Please help me. |

In my opinion, the freeze-drying method is better. It is a dehydration process typically used to preserve a perishable material or make the material more convenient for transport, which includes four stages (pretreatment, freezing, primary drying, and secondary drying) in the complete drying process. |
