申请T5签证cos问题 已有1人参与

各位老师，我是研究所的，想申请T5签证，问对方HR要COS申请表，结果给我回了这样一段: Just to confirm that myself and my colleague in University Human Resources are trying to find the right visa route for you. Unfortunately, there are very few visas that work between a company and an educational Institution – also Both Tier 5 and Academic visa requirements expect that a visitor is a working academic. Can you confirm to me the full reason for your visit and what you were intending to do when you come to the UK?
