1. 职位信息：

1.1 Job title:                R&D Engineer – Product Development
      职位名称

2. 职位目标：
Plan, design, and conduct research projects according to established scientific methods, principles, and theories to solve problems; and improve, or generate new, products, components, equipment, systems, and processes.

3.主要职责：

Follow established company QM processes and procedures according to IMS and consider enterprise environmental factors during daily work.

3.1       Plan, design, and conduct research projects according to established scientific methods, principles, and theories to solve problems; and improve, or generate new tapes, components, equipment, systems, and processes;
3.2       Being knowledgeable in and continuously apply tesa Standard Test Methods (J0PM);
3.3       Devising research methods;
3.4       Setting-up laboratory test equipment;
3.5       Responsible for at least one standard lab equipment, including setting it up and performing routine maintenance and safety checks to ensure that the equipment is in good working order;
3.6       Building models and prototypes;
3.7       Calculating and analyzing test results and preparing detailed reports with recommendations and conclusions;
3.8       Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to conduct one or more research projects and monitor the performance of these projects to ensure targets are met;
3.9       Being a project leader/member to ensure good project management of all technical aspects allowing timescales to be set and progress to be monitored closely;
3.10       Prepare complex calculations, specifications, and other technical documentation so that prototype designs can be manufactured and assembled;
3.11       Develop and maintain technical expertise on advances and innovations in research and science;
3.12       An understanding of how to access and use technical information that includes patents, technical papers, trade journal articles etc; research relevant patents, analyze and draft summaries of patent scopes and their impact on research strategies, raw material choice and product design;
3.13       Organize/coordinate pilot and production trials including trouble-shooting; sample analysis and trial assessment report;
3.14       Train new team members and interns on operating analytical and/or test equipment and using tesa Standard Test Methods (J0PM);
3.15       Follow established 6S procedures; maintain a safe, clean, well ordered working environment;
3.16       Other tasks assigned by superior;

4. 职位要求：

4.1       3-5 years working experience in automotive battery related fields. The working experience on design or processing of battery cell, module and pack in EV battery companies is preferred.

4.2       Deep knowledge of battery raw materials, manufacture and assembly processes, specification requirements and performance evaluations of a EV battery system

4.3       Familiar with market demand, development trend and national norms; Familiar with different EV battery systems from domestic or foreign well-known battery manufactures is a plus.

4.4       Familiar with Automotive product development procedure

4.5       Strong capability to understand and transform application/customer requirements into a product design

4.6       Strong project management skill by cooperation with local and global functions

4.7       Good work attitude and hands-on attitude

4.8       Bachelor or Master degree in Material Science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, or other relevant fields

4.9       Good command of writing and speaking English & Chinese, and good computing competence such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
