有个培养基叫super broth， Super Broth (LB) Super Broth is a highly enriched medium used for the cultivation of bacteria. Super Broth medium 3.5% tryptone 35 g/L 2.0% yeast extract 20 g/L 0.5% NaCl 5 g/L 1 N NaOH 5 ml/L Dissolve tryptone, yeast extract and salt in water, add the NaOH, and add water to a final volume 1 L. Autoclave for 15 min at 121°C. |
